It was recommended by Susan Hill somewhere, maybe in Howards End is on the Landing? I've just ordered the 3 collections of her stories that my library doesn't have (including the new one)& I hope the Austen/Bronte story is in one of them. What a wonderful idea for a story.lynhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04509400868331534237noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3020849054403226268.post-40880440487101147912010-05-03T12:12:45.520+10:002010-05-03T12:12:45.520+10:00Hi. Particularly Burns and the Bankers. She also wrote a brilliant short story for a newspaper where Jane Austen and, I think, one of the Bronte sisters visited a modern book festival. Look forward to her next collection.Vintage Readinghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05971819409379613967noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3020849054403226268.post-10629168934972252522010-05-02T15:47:52.934+10:002010-05-02T15:47:52.934+10:00Thanks for the award Dianne, it's very kind of...Thanks for the award Dianne, it's very kind of you.
